To make sure you contact us to improve your site, we have a "50% payment first" policy. The rest payment is done after the project is finished.
Along with 50% payment, we need to sign a contract, stating work description, timelines and expenses. After the 50% payment is done and the contract is signed, we start working on your site.
We do only what our services imply. When you want to conver your site to CSS, we do just that. Want to adjust your site layout? Great. If you want to improve your website usability, or redesign your site, we will do only that, and nothing else. Basically, this means we do anything that is stated in the contract. Then no additional freebies are applicable. (Feel free to contact us regarding these services.)
Though the above policy may seem harsh, such guidelines ensure that we can enjoy working with you. As we are devoted to and enjoy doing our work, there is no reason there should be something left to worry about.
