Website content and link building: one, another, or both?

There is a lot to do for promoting a website: write content, fix page titles, write meta descriptions (for the people, not the search engines), add title attributes where necessary, make sure the site is search engine friendly, submit to some directories, promote the site using other techniques, etc. But does a single person has to do that?

Web Content Accessibility Guidelines: for web designers?

Some have been noticing that Web Content Accessibility Guidelines themselves were not quite accessible to their target readers - the webmasters.

The Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI) has even created three sections of the guidelines: general description, about understanding the guidelines and the techniques, used to comply with them. It is quite ironic the organization, which goal is to create accessible web content, created more or less complex instructions for the web designers.

Though they are not on pure CSS, they are something new in the CSS styling.
For instance, a new CSS rounded borders method is presented, along with a cute fade-in link hover effect. Suppose they are worth just checking out to broaden one’s scope of knowledge, if not to put em up on your website.
